2020 TAIPEI CYCLE Show Grows by 17%
"TAIPEI CYCLE" will be held at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Hall 1 and 2, from March 4th to 7th, bringing together bicycles and spare parts; including electric bicycles, motor systems, smart applications and cycling services. 1,250 companies will participate in the promotion of the concept of "smart x bicycle x life". Merida reported First Half EPS of NT$3.50
Merida’s Board of Directors meeting on Aug 9th has approved the consolidated result of the first half of 2019. Thanks for the growth of e-bikes with higher price and margin, the result was significant better in all aspects. The profit before tax was NT$1.39 billion, up 22.6% from the prior year. The profit after tax was NT$1.06 billion, up 83.5% compared with a year earlier. The EPS was NT$3.5, up 90.2% from a year ago. Merida saw growth of 6.6% on sales in China from Jan to Jun.
